This website sets no cookies — neither strictly necessary ones nor any for marketing or analytics. No data is stored in your browser's local storage. We use no analytics or tracking services, no advertising pixels and no profiling.
Fonts and images are hosted entirely on our own server. When you open the website, not a single connection to a third-party server is made. Your visit is therefore visible to no one outside the parties named below.
When you open the website, your browser automatically transmits data that our host records in log files: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, the status code, the volume of data transferred, the referring page, and details of your browser and operating system.
This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site and in defending against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and no usage profiles are created.
Through the form on the partner page we collect the following details — name, email address and message are mandatory; company and telephone number are optional. We use these details solely to deal with your enquiry and to contact you.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The enquiry is delivered as an email to contact@prodigio.ch. To guard against automated submissions, the form contains an invisible field, which is purely technical: it evaluates no behaviour and sets no cookies.
We use carefully selected providers as processors. They process data solely on our behalf and on our instructions:
This means data is transferred to the USA. The basis for this is the Data Privacy Framework certifications named above together with the providers' data processing agreements. Beyond this we do not pass on your data and we do not sell it.
We keep enquiries for as long as is necessary to deal with them and to maintain any business relationship arising from them. Business correspondence is subject to the ten-year retention requirement under Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Server logs are deleted automatically by our host after a short period.
You have the right to access the data we process about you and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You may object to the processing and request that your data be handed over or transferred. An email to contact@prodigio.ch is sufficient; no particular wording is required.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern. Individuals in the European Economic Area may also contact their competent data protection authority.
We take no decisions that have legal effect for you or significantly affect you and that are based solely on automated processing.
